Global Launch of Ne Zha 5DVR Immersive Exploration Project to Promote the Globalization of Chinese Traditional Culture

On February 19, the global launch event for the Ne Zha 5DVR immersive exploration

project was held at the Yuezhou Yan Restaurant 5D Light & Shadow Art Center in

Shenzhen. Another immersive exploration project, 源起华夏5DVR, was also officially

unveiled. The project aims to overcome language and media barriers, enabling

China’s animation industry and IP culture to reach a global audience through

advanced 5DVR technology, driving the globalization of Chinese traditional culture.


According to reports, Ne Zha 5DVR is an original immersive exploration project

based on 5DVR technology, themed around the legendary figure Ne Zha. Through an

immersive "5D Holographic + VR theme" experience, audiences can engage with this

mythical character. The project can be applied in various settings such as experience

halls, shopping malls, and cultural tourism attractions. Launched in 2024, the project

has undergone a year of careful refinement and has earned multiple independent

intellectual property and trademark rights. It is expected to officially launch on June 1,

2025.

The release event was hosted by, Shidai Technology Group, Mdog Animation, and

Yinglian Technology, with the Yuezhou Yan Restaurant 5D Light & Shadow Art

Center as the organizer. Among the notable guests attending were Shidai

Technology Group Chairman Chen Zhaojun, Vice Chairman Ma Tianpeng, President

Huang Lin, Mdog Animation Founder and The Monkey King Returns Visual Effects

Director Pan Huaming, Mdog Animation General Manager Jin Gang, visual effects

directors Wang Qiming and Duan Shiwen, General Manager of Xinhuanet’s Cultural

Industry Center, and other industry professionals.

Huang Lin stated: " we are committed to refining every detail, aiming to present the

best work to our audience. Films, VR immersive exploration, and 5DVR belong to

different industries with considerable differences in production, allowing the audience

to experience all three. However, the team’s original mission remains unchanged: to

use technological means to let the world see the vastness of Chinese culture.
