Recently, NED has raised over CNY 100 million in series C funding. This round of
funding was invested by Hefei Construction Investment and Holding Co., Ltd and
other companies. The investors in this round include top institutions such as the
primary market, industrial capital, and government industrial funds.
NED has been deeply involved in the two major markets of XR display and eye
protection display optics. In the field of XR display optics, after successfully achieving
mass production of free-form surface products, the company has successfully
completed the research and development of 30°-60° full-color high-transmittance
two-dimensional array waveguide product matrix in the field of optical waveguide
technology, and applied free-form surfaces to optical waveguide micro-projection
optical machines.
In the field of healthy display optics, NED develops telescopic eye protection display
technology, creates new categories of telescopic light screens and defocused
reading and writing tables, and provides new ideas for eye health management in
near-vision learning and work scenarios.
