According to news on October 22, Tmall 11.11 Global Shopping Festival will
be launched concurrently on three terminals this year, including Taobao App
and Tmall App on mobile phones, the Taobao web version on PC, and the
Taobao Vision Pro version on XR. This is the first time the Festival has been
launched on the XR terminal.
The 11.11 Global Shopping Festival will purportedly launch an exclusive
venue on Taobao Vision Pro for the first time this year, with tens of thousands
of 3D products participating in the event. At the same time, Taobao will also
work with five brands to create a 3D immersive shopping space.
As for the Taobao Vision Pro version of the venue, the first-ever “3D red
envelope rain” will be showed in the history of 11.11 Global Shopping Festival.
Users can catch red envelopes with their hands in the virtual reality space and
have the opportunity to receive large three-digit red envelopes that can be
used at all three terminals.
